Congratulations to UniLodge Herston on achieving NPAS Accreditation!

We are pleased to welcome UniLodge Herston to the National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS), recognising its commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and high-quality living environment for students in Brisbane.

Formerly known as The Lady Lamington Towers, UniLodge Herston is a century-old state-listed heritage building that has been thoughtfully refurbished from its original purpose as nurses’ accommodation into contemporary student living. Located within Herston Quarter, the property sits at the heart of a vibrant community that brings together world-class health infrastructure, student housing, commercial and residential spaces, childcare, and supporting services.

Robin Clements, Property Manager at UniLodge Herston, shared: “UniLodge Herston applied to have NPAS as a stamp of quality alongside the other already accredited properties in Queensland. UniLodge always has the bar set high to ensure the student experience is memorable, with a focus on safety and wellbeing. The accreditation means UniLodge Herston is being operated to the set industry-led minimum standards exclusive to students. We are proud to have this accreditation across our online platforms and onsite.”

Congratulations to the UniLodge Herston team on this achievement and for joining the growing network of NPAS-accredited providers across Australia.
